Grove Swimming Pool Service deserves the best-ever rating. The serviceman came to my home within 3 hours of my call. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, and what he had done. They are very honest and kept the cost very, very low. This company is so excellent, they are now the only company I will call for my pool.
The technician was a tad slow to address the issue but when he did he did an excellent job and the cost was very reasonable.
I started with miscommunication regarding appointment scheduling and ended up completely satisfied after dealing with a truly competent and very professional technician (supervisor) name Jasen . With Jasen representing their company it will continue to be a five star company.
