I currently live in 404 Rivertowne Apartment, Richmond VA which comes under general services corporation. Moving into this apartment on January 16, 2024, has been an absolute nightmare. Despite initial optimism before signing the lease, my expectations were shattered the moment I stepped inside. Ridgelake Apartments in Sarsota charged us $560 for carpet replacement even though I have proven, and they have acknowledged, it was in the same condition on our move-in day. Now the corporate office seems to be ignoring me since I submitted a contact form on the GSC website and emailed the Regional Manager directly on March 20th and have not received a response as of March 28th. I'm leaving this to let people know that if you are in need of medical care in another state due to a lack of quality healthcare where you currently live, well you're most likely going to have to break your lease and just leave because General Services Corporation will make you prove to them that you are actually going to another state to receive better medical care, and I mean ' telling them personal private medical information' (diagnosis), directly from doctors that know if they disclose information, then they are in vi... read more
I am a current tenant of Chesterfield Village Apt. This has been the biggest mistake I have made in choosing this place to live. From day one I was given a rental quote that by the time I moved in charge by almost $500. Have been calling and texting for service on the most annoying piece of what they call washing machine. I’ve lived in London Towne apartments for almost three years now and my entire stay has been terrible these apartments are infested with roaches . Leasing does absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem. So glad my lease is up next month . You couldn’t pay me to live there again.
