I was well taken care of in my week long stay for pneumonia. The doctors and especially the nurses were awesome.

The staff of nurses and doctors took the time to listen to my concerns and take the time to do the proper tasting to rule out anything serious. They took really good care of me. Will definitely make the drive next time I need to go to the hospital for anything.

We came in to the ER because my daughter got bit by our family dog. Emotions were high and my daughter was overstimulated. When we got into the room our nurse MJ took great care of my daughter. MJ’s sympathy to our situation and how she tended to us made us feel so much more at peace. Doctor Evans and nurse Mj made sure our daughter was well taken care of and we all left a little better than when we came in.

We want to send a Very Special " Thank You" to all the personnel at the GRMC ER Unit recently who helped us! We apologize for not remembering everyone's name but we did remember a few. Special thanks to RN Amy, Dr Rotts, and the kind lady at the front desk who was working triage. When she saw my husband was shivering cold even with my cotton jacket, she brought him a heated blanket while we waited in the waiting room. Everyone was kind, efficient, courteous, and professional. I was recently hospitalized unexpectedly. Went to ER being sore after an auto crash. Turns out I had a big internal infection, not related to the crash. Prior to this my only hospitalization was 20 years ago, in the old hospital. Both times I received excellent care from staff. This hospital has grown and improved so much over the years! The nursing staff is amazing. I will say, I think food services can be a bit spicy, but the day I had rotisserie chicken was excellent. Otherwise, pretty standard hospital fare.

I recommend GRMC due to receiving excellent care that was I given while being in the emergency room! A big thank you to the ER staff for taking care of me!
