In the midst of Covid, I had to make a trip to the ER. The wait wasn’t too terribly long, and regardless of being overworked and tired, every staff member I spoke with was very kind and patient. I was in and out in under 4 hours. This was my first visit to an ER, and if I need to return I would 💯 come back to GRMC for care.

High volume of patients, a little longer in wait time but that was to expected. Good flow to the process IE check in, triage, imaging, discharge. The PA on duty at 8/16/2021 5:30 pm was an absolute delight.
