Last night I was in the ER and they were busy. VERY busy. I never felt neglected. The charge nurse who took care of me was sweet and caring. Every time she came into my room I assured her I was fine waiting. I never felt her stick the big needle in my arm to give me my fluids and she was prompt with the medicine the doctor ordered. And I can't say enough good things about Santos from the lab. He was the best. He made me feel comfortable and I have a phobia of needles. He spent his time in my room talking and making me laugh.... read more
