Tina was so polite and helpful over the phone when I set up the appointment. She explained everything very thoroughly, and was such a delight to work with. Her team did a knock out job cleaning the carpets, and the rugs!!! I would definitely recommend using Guarantee!!!

Quick, Friendly, Excellent Service. No Complaints at All!
Tatiana arrived exactly at the time she said she would after calling me ahead of time to say “I’m on my way.” When she arrived, she was a complete professional. She was honest about which stains may or may not disappear and she worked hard to scrub the stains out. She gave me her card and told me that we could call anytime if there was an emergency and needed them to come out within 24-48 hours to clean a stain while it’s still wet and removable.
