Al is super responsive, and was available whenever we needed anything from him. He does a great job explaining all of the steps in the process. His team was also fantastic and they were able to get us through the underwriting and closing process in a very timely manner.
Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the housing market, her referrals were on point We are amidst a crazy housing market, and so much news about high interest rates, Tiffany enlightened us about the loan points system and we were able to get a lower rate.
