Eric and his team made this entire process as a first time homebuyer feel incredibly smooth. They were always available to answer my questions and had amazing communication during the period under contract to closing. Most importantly, Eric treats you more so as a friend rather than his client. Al and his team were amazing! Walked us through the entire process from start to finish. Answered or text/phone calls all hours of the day. Every time I need numbers on a house I was looking at, Al took the time to make a video with each assessment on what the mortgage would be. Most of the time Al was calling me and letting me know what should be happing next. I highly recommend Al and his team.
