Ryan was referred to me by a friend and I’m so glad! The other lender my realtor connected me with was slow to respond, had higher rate, and didnt explain things. Ryan took the time to answer all of my questions (as a first time home buyer, there were a LOT) and everything went very smoothly and quickly. I was impressed with the staff that worked with Ryan as well. Working with him and his team was the best part of my homebuying experience.
Our experience with Guaranteed Rate was really amazing! Cathy's team was incredibly responsive at all hours (including weekends) and they answered any question that we had as first time home buyers. All of Cathy's team (Beth, James, Justine, Jessica, Mark) were great to work with and we closed our house in less than a month. I can't recommend this team enough!
Chanania was there from the beginning to the end making sure the loan came through. From the pre-approval to the rate-lock and until we closed Chanania was there to get everything done in a smooth and quick fashion. If not for him I wouldn't have got my mortgage on time!
