I have used Tom on a few different refinance issues with my primary home. He and is his team are extremely responsive and helpful. I was under a tight time table and Tom helped me get a HELOC within a few weeks. He answered the phone personally at 10 PM on a Saturday to help me fix an issue. Very knowledgeable. Jennifer was the absolute best!! Being a first time homebuyer, I was concerned of the interest rate especially in the world we are in today.
