Juan was always super helpful from start to finish. He was able to answer any question I had as a first time home buyer immediately, or was able to find the answer very quickly. Also as a first time home buyer, im sure there were lots of stupid questions that I had asked, and he was never condescending or made me feel like things should be common sense. I will definitely be recommending Juan and using him on our next home purchase in the future!
Because the market has been so crazy, Mike helped us with estimates for TWELVE bids over the past eleven months, then walked us through the process of closing on our forever home. He was always prompt and professional, even on weekends! He is knowledgeable and able to explain things to lay people in a way that made sense.
