As a first time home buyer, it was a scary process to start. However, Barb was able to settle my nerves on my first phone call. She walked me through the process of how to get pre-approved for a loan and continued to check in with my regarding the home I was interested in. The best mortgage broker! Really there for the client. will help you even if it means him not making a commission, or making a smaller CLIENT. I had a very complicated mortgage (2 other brokers from different companies told me no way im i getting approved) and he got it done in under 10 days yes you read it right 10 days.

He is an amazing lender. He took the time to really understand my mother and help her with her new home owner needs. He explained every thing very well.
