I have no idea how many times Tom called to see if we had any questions or concerns about the loan, but every time, it was much appreciated. He promptly responded to every question I had. I've never met anyone who provided better customer service.

Stephen and his entire team at Guaranteed Rate were incredible to work with. They of course did all the things you'd expect from a mortgage lender, and did so in a timely and accurate manner with constant communication. But beyond that Stephen gave advice on pretty much every step of the home buying process and was more accurate in his predictions of what would come next / how fees would work / how to tackle hiccups (even those completely unrelated to the mortgage itself) than anyone else I talked to.
