I've used Marc and his team multiple times. Great follow up from the team and they had to meet a tight deadline in order to keep me from coming out all cash, and they did it. I've refinanced and done first mortgages with them, always the most competitive but also, there is no price for peace of mind knowing its gonna get handled and done by Marc and his team. Until I got a quote from Matt, I mistakenly thought that all Lenders gave a similar rate for 30Y Fixed and 5/1 ARM. If you look hard enough, you'll find several all offering the best rate.
