Blaise’s team is second to none. This is our third property purchase in Virginia in the last 10 years and by far, these has been the best experience with a lender thus far. We placed an offer on a property on Saturday, March 6th, 2022, then decided to issue a second offer and called Blaise on Sunday at 9:00 AM for approval on a second offer for the same property, his approval came in minutes later. I recently close our home loan with Josh Epps and Guaranteed Rate . The Team at Guaranteed Rate were wonderful. Kara and Elizabeth are exception women to work with. Josh was always there to answer all questions thoroughly. Everyone on the team are quick to respond to an email or a phone call. I give the 10+++ out of 10.
Eric and his team literally saved me thousands of dollars. I was doing a new construction with a builder recommended lender (mistake) and as it got to the time where I could lock my permanent mortgage rate the lender ghosted me. Of course it was February 2022 and rates were starting to climb on a daily basis. I called Eric and it was the best move I made.
