I am so fortunate to have been guided by Tarik and his team, especially as a first time homebuyer. First Home Bank/LCD Mortgage made the entire process stress-free. All of our questions were answered right away and we always knew what was required and when, to move the process forward. Everything was done on time and as promised. We can’t say enough good things about Peter D’Angelo and his team. This type of purchase could be stressful and time consuming, but we NEVER experienced that when working with this group. They were attentive, helpful and always available. We highly recommend them.

Working with Corey Grace was a pleasure. Corey made the process easy from day one. He went out of his way to help my wife and I. We had been kicking around building, and ended up deciding to table our efforts. From the beginning, Tracy Padgett made herself available no matter what day it was. She worked very closely with our realtor to make sure our offer letter was strong. Tracy and her team worked very hard to make sure we were able to close on our new home the same day we closed on the sale of our existing home.
