Al and his team at Guaranteed Rate Affinity are great. Al meets with you to find out your needs, then sends a video describing the whole process from beginning to end. After Al confirms what you need he gets the ball rolling and has his team takes over but Al is involved every step of the way. Communication is outstanding! I can't stress that enough.
