Mr. Ling and the team are awesome. They helped and patiently guided me through the entire process. They stayed available and in constant contact during a couple of evenings when paperwork needed to be done on time. And they were clear about what they were going to do, and they did it. Michael handled my mortgage for a purchase in 2019 and a refinancing in 2022. The system they use is very efficient, easy to upload and provide information, without having to bring paper work in. Would highly recommend Michael. Very pleasant as well as the associates that process the paperwork.
