Let's just say Jeff saved our butt. We were in a pickle with another lender who was not able to get the job done that was promised to us before we opened escrow. We came by Jeff by way of a referral from a friend, told him the situation we were in and in about 1 week he had our loan ready to close by our scheduled closing date. Communication is super clear and prompt and he just gets it done. Highly recommend. BTW I am a real estate agent so I have worked with a lot of lenders, he is 10/10.

Rochelle was extremely patient and honest with us when we were looking to purchase our home. Circumstances dictated that we move quickly to another state and Rochelle was able to get us approved quickly and was even kind enough to help us with our Insurnace. I did shop around for both a mortgage broker and new Insurnace quotes, but nothing matched what Rochelle could offer.

Jack met the matched the rate and as promised offered lender credits on application fee etc. Our application was driven by Jack with a consistency and proactive communication with a super short closing period of 2 weeks. Even though we had another lender competing with Jack’s GR we decided to reward him the final closing. He hasn’t disappointed us throughout the transaction.
