Simply put, Chris crushed it across the board with our entire process. To start with, he was extremely patient with my wife and I, as we took a break in the middle of the search process. Chris is incredible! When I applied for a refinance, he made me aware of loan amendment instead of a refinance, and then guided me on a path that led to my loan getting amended at the rate I was looking for. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who’s looking for a lender.

Paul and Sean were EXCELLENT! They provided a personalized service second to none! When I had questions or concerns, they would contact me the same day! They alleviated my fears as I went to settlement on both properties the same day! The ENTIRE staff at Guaranteed Rate were superb! They put a team together to assist you during a stressful time.
