Words can’t express how good Matt and his team are they went above and beyond worked with me for over 6 months on a unexpected short sale. They were patient and would answer any concerns and questions we had. We would highly recommend them to any family and friends and will be back if we ever have another purchase !

Working with Tadeh has been the greatest blessing as we went through the stressful first time home buying experience in this current crazy market. I admit I had never gone through rate.com before and had reservations initially, but the experience worked out better than previous experiences with banks and the lending arm of a new construction home builder I had worked with in the past.
