She adapted quickly to new info and kept a super positive, proactive attitude. Leslie and her team ran various scenarios for me to understand the best way to use the seller's credit. Al and his team are exceptional! HIGHLY recommend! We were amazed at how smooth the entire mortgage process went as first time buyers especially with such a time crunch to close. We were able to have our mortgage loan ready for closing in 3 weeks which is absurd seeing as the industry standard is 30 days.
