Pat and the team were completely on top of our refinancing. We only wish we could have financed it with a Guaranteed Rate from the beginning of our home purchase. But all good things come to those who wait. The ease of completing the financing paperwork compared with our previous broker was night and day...with Guaranteed Rate being the day! They should change his name to Joe The Best! Was great to work with. Walked us through the whole process so there was no problems at all. Was available at all times. I have recommended to others already and would seek out Joe for any future lending. Can’t say enough good things.

Excellent Service! Very helpful and prompt, and guided me throughout the entire process. She is available at all times and ready to answer questions. Would follow up with calls and or text to make sure I was informed of the status. She is one of the only lenders that did not back away from the original quote, any changes made to that quote was for the better. The application process was fast which made our closing happen one week earlier. Highly recomend her!
