Worst law office in Texas. They made error after error and charged me for it then after it was all said and done I couldn’t get a copy of my paperwork. Never use these people. I couldn’t even get a call back to resolve matters.

I was supposed to have a phone consultation at 11:00 on Thursday I called them 3 times that day questioning why no one had called me I was told Eve from the lawyer was running behind, to the lady would check and he would call me back. Needless to say Ho one ever called me not even today. I wouldn’t recommend them if they don’t have the common courtesy of returning a phone call.
Elizabeth Alvarez and Jessica Burr, now an attorney and paralegal at Guest and Gray acted incompetently and negligently in filing my wife's and step-daughter's green card applications.
RecommendedThese people or not worth your time. Called them. I’m paying to get what I want. They wouldn’t help me. I had a last min court date. Asked for help. Asking me all these questions. Trying to explain but they have no understanding. Asked for help on child support case. Trash trash trash !!! Lucky I found someone else more understanding! Don’t use them. GO TO Sinclair law firm in forney !!

Never heard of worse defense of a case in my life that Robert Guest did for my family in my opinion

It was a difficult case, with troubling allegations, and challenging evidence. I'm proud of the work my team did. The rudest service I have ever received legal wise!! What was a walk in question that needed direct explanation and assisting was a turn around and walk right back out still confused!! I will never go back there nor recommend them to anyone!! Plus they are outrageous in price!! Don’t waste your time like I did!!

Pathetic! You people have no idea who is on the other end of the telephone line. But as soon as I mentioned SAFP and addiction, YOU WERE RUDE! But what it should have told you about me is that I am strong because most people do not make it. I just wonder if I would have driven up in my sports car and met with you in person would you have still been so rude?
