From thevery first consultation, Dr. Davila demontrated genuine compassion and attention to detail that immediately put me at ease. i had a major surgery done this year by Dr. Davila. I recovered well and the surgery he did took away all of my issues I had. There is a peaceful feeling at Holy Cross and Trinity Health and felt comfortable having my surgery done there and by Dr. Davila.

Dr. Davila is a wonderful, thoughtful Doctor. He explains everything before he is doing a procedure. I like Dr. Davila so much I followed him to HOLY CROSS WOMAN’S CENTER where he is NOW! Dr. Davila was referred to me by a GYN in Boca Raton - Thank God. I had been having problems for years - from pre-cancer pap smears to a case of bleeding uterine fibroids and then finally uterine prolapse. One female GYN wanted me to have surgical mesh stuffed inside of me. Thank God - I was finally referred to a great doctor and his great team. The surgery went well and I was out of the hospital in just a little more then 24 hours. Easy, breezy recovery. I love Dr. Davila!
I went to see Dr. Davila at the request of my GYN Dr. Claudia Mason of Cleveland Clinic West Palm Beach, FL office. Dr. Davila is in my opinion the absolute best Urologist with advanced techniques, machines and staff. The evaluation process was extensive and explained clearly step by step. Dr. Davila is not only an extraordinary surgeon and nice person which makes a huge difference when nervous about a major operation. He performed a double prolapse surgery that changed my life for the better.
My overall experience was a one star, but because I wasn't seeing the doctor for surgery, most of my encounters were with his staff and my rating is largely based on them. Dr. Davila was pleasant, but after seven or eight visits to his office my problem was never successfully resolved.I had two appointments cancelled at the last minute due to improper referral codes that I could have fixed if told ahead of time. Staff was five star, Dr. Davila one star. This man put me into shaking and vomiting from exam, which was not his fault, I have issues. It's that he did nothing about it. His notes state nothing and suggested I had a normal routine exam. Upon receiving a urine test result, I became shocked that they would not see me again, I was in chronic pain. Had to find another doctor for another referral. Have multiple issues and still suffering, still need surgery. Giving up hope in getting care.
I was happy with the prolapse surgery but I am very unhappy with the follow up. I have called 4 times with a simple question- should I continue taking a prescribed medication. I begged the nurse to leave me a message as I am leaving soon. Almost 2 weeks and still no answer. How many more times must I call them? Very frustrating and annoying.
