I had a great experience at Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center. Emily my Hearing Aid Specialist is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She serviced and recalibrated my hearing aids that I had purchased in another state around three years ago that were way out of calibration. She also replaced critical parts to optimize hearing. I was very surprised to see how well equipped and up to date the company is. Then they have a pleasant knowledgeable staff. A great big difference from my past three purchases of hearing aids from other vendors.

I purchased my hearing aids at Gulf-gate hearing aid center and have been very satisfied with them. The owner, Emily, could not do enough for me, to get the aids personally fitted for me, and adjusted for my hearing. She gave me prompt and excellent service. I highly recommend Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center.

Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center is a class act, top shelf business. I had an issue with my hearing aids pairing with my phone. I called. They saw me twenty minutes later and treated me like I was an old friend. It was my first trip there. I live here eight months a year and I will definitely call GGHAC my home. The staff was professional, friendly, and very caring. I‘m sold!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Abby and Emily! ❤

I lost one hearing aid on a local golf course. When I went back to where I purchased it -no help and $$$. Found Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Ctr in Gateway and am I THRILLED. Did not purchase aids there, no problem. Emily immediately contacted Widex and one new hearing aid was sent for far less than what was quoted from original place of purchase. We were just "walk-ins" last year, but were treated by kind and friendly courtesy as though we had an appointment. Our needs were met and we again returned this year with a need for a repair. It was made quickly and accurately by Mark who knows all quality brands of hearing devices. As "snowbirds" here in Florida, we are recommending the Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center to resident family with hearing needs. They would be treated by the best!
