What a great place! Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center is wonderful! From the time you walk in, you know they really care about their customers. There is a basket with large golf umbrellas in case you get caught in the rain, as well as a coffee maker, and a basket of assorted treats. The receptionist is always smiling and knows everyone by name. There are also other goodies for everyone to take, like pens and small containers of hand sanitizers. I chose Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center because a real person answered the phone. No phone tree or long hold like the first three places I tried. As soon as I stepped into the cozy office, I knew I'd made a great decision. Abby, the receptionist, was friendly, knowledgeable and a good listener. Mark and Emily, the audiologists, were the same. I felt cared about, never rushed and they were on time. I highly recommend Gulf Gate Hearing for your hearing needs. Get treated like a person, not a number.
