Love this place and staff ! They all are great staff and very easy to make appointments. The whole family is seen at green street. They got to fit my 2 year old in for a quick 1st check up and where great with him !So glad we got the recommendation to check them out ! Great job !
Evaluation What a pleasant visit, one of the best I ever had, very informative, and they took their time to explain in detail what had to be done , and very friendly, not to mention that when I asked a question they stopped to answer it completely, I understood exactly what was going to happen and how, and we discussed insurance cost and other related topics with no pressure to do anything more then what I wanted to do, but did recommend some things that I did not see, thanks Green st. Professional, friendly, and perfection As much as I dreaded having work done on my teeth, I was more than pleased with the work done. The girls were so comforting, eliminating my fears, and even providing suggestions for future visits. This is the ONLY time I have ever received dental services where I had no soreness in my mouth afterward. My teeth fit together perfectly after my filling was replaced! I couldn't have been more satisfied.
My appointment went smoothly as expected. No wait time, and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. My appointment was with Dr. Gum and she was very friendly and informative. I always have a good experience at this dental office.
The happiest I have ever been with my dental care My entire family switch to Green Street dental about 3 years ago. It has been an excellent experience. The hygenist, especially Yolanda, are very skilled and very friendly. Dr. Gum is caring and charming. The office takes our CBC dental plan, never had an issue with a bill. Today I was 20 minutes late getting out of work and they still took me for my routine 6 month cleaning. I have never been happier with our dental care.
Caring staff calmed nervous mother! My daughter fell hard over the weekend and really damaged her gums/lips. I called first thing this morning and was given an appointment for today. Both Drs. Olenwine, Gum, Yolie and Sandy all came to check on my 6 year old and reassure me that her future teeth would be fine! They fully explained what happened in her mouth and how resilient kids are.
