I was impressed with her findings and hopeful you can make my teeth healthier again. Also think the new technology and pictures gave better insight into what my old dentist couldn't see. And the fact that no work was done without first telling me what my insurance covered and what it didn't and what I would be looking at paying for procedures not in my plan

Easy Peezy tooth removal Nagging loose tooth finally removed today by Dr Gumm. No problem or complications.
My daughter was there less than two weeks ago for a routine cleaning and was never told she had any issues with her teeth. Not even two weeks later she ended up having severe pain in her mouth that made her go back and they told her she needed an emergency root canal that she had a bone infection in her tooth. Not to mention she is seven months pregnant and now has to go on an antibiotic for the infection and to take tylenol for the pain. Don't really know if they know what they are doing.

We do not take x rays on a patient who are pregnant unless there is a problem that would warrant them. She had check up x rays less than one year ago. I called and asked a few questions regarding my bill. I have been a long term customer for years. A lady answered the phone not Gail but a woman who is fairly new. She was very rude and treated me like I was stupid because I asked for a explanation on my bill. The words "our service is not free" was actually stated to me. Really.. Scheduled with Dr. Olenwine Was passed off to Dr. Gum. When Dr. Olenwine came in the room she stood behind my chair and spoke to me - not to my face - I had to literally get up from my chair and turn around. She came across as not wanting to discuss much of anything with me. The few questions I had on a plan she would not be thorough in her response - she wanted to leave the room asap and go onto another pt.

staff All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere nice people. Dr. Cynthia was down to earth and extremely honest.
30 minutes behind schedule It worked out in the end, but when I make an appointment for say, 3:00 p.m., I expect to be seen within no more than 10 minutes of that appointment. I understand extenuating circumstances arrive, but our last several visits have left us in the waiting room for 20+ minutes after our appointment time. My Dentist since 1992 Dr. Olenwine has taken care of my dental needs for more than 2 decades, and I haven't had a reason to look elsewhere. She and her staff have seen me in the best and worst of times: From routine checkups to various emergencies, the worst of which was a broken jaw (and teeth that joined it!). They will tell you like it is, not muscle you into unnecessary services, and know when to refer you to a specialist when required.
