A great company with excellent people. Everyone at Guthrie & Frey are always friendly and extremely helpful. They are super knowledgeable about all things water and will always make sure you understand the system and how to monitor it and maintenance it, if you're that kind of homeowner. Scheduling is easy and the Techs always call ahead and arrive on time. You cannot go wrong with Guthrie & Frey-- they are the best.
Aaron is exceptional. He walked us through everything we needed to know about our water softener and our RO filters. He gave detailed instructions and answered all our questions. Top notch service! Thank you, Aaron!

We had a new water softening system from Guthrie & Frey installed a year ago. Recently, it developed a salt bridge in the brine tank (we had never had well water before), and we didn't know how to handle it (we feared we might damage the equipment by trying to break up the salt bridge ourselves). A call to G&F addressed the issue of the salt bridge (how to break one up without damaging anything, and pointers on brine tank maintenance), and our Reverse Osmosis system (also purchased from G&F at the same time as the water soft... read more
