It was very simple and stress free, there were no debates or questions about the coverage, going in I knew I had a 100.00 deductible, I did not have to wait for payment from GWC to have my car repaired, I would absolutely highly recommend GWC to others.

Got my car back after 4 weeks, not happy about that. It's a good thing I have a second car. I don't know why it took so long. Anyway it run good. Thanks

5 stars mostly A little hard to get on the phone,, web online interface would help that. Once I called as a customer, 55 minutes on hold, the dealer got signed off and had the parts, service was completed. NOTE The total downtime took 5 days. 3 to get approved and 2 days repair. Great Caddy dealership , had loaner car.
