I'm not sure what these other negative reviews are about but I had an excellent experience with these guys. I had a wreck that caused $2,500 to my front end on a Saturday. I took it in the following Monday. They let me know through their online progress tracker how things were going and told me it could take 9 days to complete. The on site car rental was amazing. I took my car here to have some body work done after a crash. I recieved an estimate put together by an insurance adjuster. She did a good job of explaining all the work that was involved in the repair. They said the repair would take 4 days. They did it in 2.5. My car was repaired back to the pre-wreck condition!! Everything looks great!!!! They have great customer service, my phone calls were returned and at time of pick up, they had quick service!!! new lot sales people better than used sales people Kudzu car shopping is never fun and I did not have fun at their used car lot, however I found the people on their new lot side to be much more helpful
