A positive experience I visited Gwinnett Place Ford looking for a Ford Explorer that would pull a trailer that I was about to purchase. I met Vernon McDonald and he led me through the process of understanding the options and addressed my concerns about the vehicle. Vernon went out of his way to help and even encouraged me to drive the vehicle home to check it out in my parking space. When I ultimately chose another brand, I actually felt bad that I wasn't able to deal with Vernon after being treated so well.
