After wasting 10 hours total on 2 separate days at other dealerships, I came into GPF. Jose, Jim and Austin were more than helpful. I was way over mileage on my lease (which the other 2 dealerships refused to help with) and they went above and beyond to make a deal that was in my comfort zone. I came in for a new 2020 but ended up in an even better packaged 2019 for a lot less. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

My experience with the Gwinnett Place Ford Service Center was wonderful. They were very accommodating and took great care of me and my car!!! Chase made sure I had the Shuttle service and Ty was very pleasant and he too made sure I was taken care of!!

Great dealership. The salesman “LT” was honest and straight forward. From their we moved to Financing. The financial contractor writer was professional and got us great financing with an extended warranty. We were never pressured in a decision and the experience was amazing. We also got a great Explorer to take with us. We will definitely buy from here again.
