Tyler, Austin, and Keith were all fantastic. Tyler responded to my web inquiry promptly the next day and we set up an appointment. He called just as I pulled in and had what would turn out to be my new truck out and ready for inspection and a test drive very quickly. The numbers worked out with the sales manager, and Tyler handed me off to Austin who completed all of the paperwork in record time and had me on my way. After wasting 10 hours total on 2 separate days at other dealerships, I came into GPF. Jose, Jim and Austin were more than helpful. I was way over mileage on my lease (which the other 2 dealerships refused to help with) and they went above and beyond to make a deal that was in my comfort zone. I came in for a new 2020 but ended up in an even better packaged 2019 for a lot less. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.
