My car has been serviced by Gwinnett Place Nissan every since I purchased it in 2016. I haven’t had any issues and every service advisor I’ve worked with is pleasant and professional.

Representative was helpful and courteous. Explained the situation with my car well. I loved the ability to communicate via text. One issue that was concerning is that it took an hour for the shuttlle to take me to work after i dropped off the car at 8am...i didn't arrive to work till 8:53am. I loved that i was contacted via text over the progress of my car and given the ability to approve or deny service via text. I loved they called a rideshare for me are the shuttle service ended. Awesome dealership. Chris the service manager is probably the most professional professional person in his position I have met and I have 25 years in the car business.. Every one of the service writers is knowledgeable and professional. The sales staff is eager to please and they don't play any games.. I give them a 10 out of 10.
