Prompt service. Service manager responded quickly to issue. Did not inflate or appear to overcharge. Got car bar next day clean and washed. Seevice answered questions udually within 15 minutes. Gil was great.

I have been taking my car to Gwinnett Place Nissan for about a year. The service members are professional and well informed. Recently I need service on my vehicle and had to have it towed to the facility. They help me take care of my situation and kept me informed throughout the transaction. Great experience. Mike in service was very knowledgeable. Went in for a oil change and they also told me about a recall and fixed that as well. Waiting room was very clean and looked sanitized. Car was cleaned after service! Service was fast with appointment.
The customer service is excellent. They take care of my car. They have a lot off knowledge of each car, also I realized they know customer needs.
I commend them on great customer service in the service department! The sales department was very helpful and friendly which made the process in waiting non-aggravating. Great dealership. The service department has work station with WiFi which made my time go faster and I got work done.
Usually it takes 2 hours for just an oil change that comes with a nasty attitude. This experience today 100% better. Customer service rep fantastic!!
