Easy to deal with. Well, I went to service my car and ended up with a new car! I asked to get my car value and looked for a new car to compare prices and models. All personals were courteous and very friendly.
Much better than expected I exclusively purchase pre-owned cars, which means I have to visit several dealerships and speak with several salespeople and managers to both find the right car, and the right dealership.
