I saw Dr Gail Ball this time. One of the specialist menopause GPs. I was very happy with my consultation. Dr Ball is a lovely lady. Very thorough and kind. I think being a GP as well as a menopause expert is a very useful combination. Not all symptoms sit in isolation, so the broader perspective this brings is great.

Brilliant. From the minute I made the booking until the day of the appointment all the staff I've come accross were very helpful and professional. The receptionist made feel very welcome and the waiting room was very calming. I saw Miss Henderson, her relax friendly and approachable maner made me feel.at ease. I felt that she listened to everything I was saying. She identified the problem and gave me a diagnosis, explaining every process of the treatment.
