I had PT 2 times a week with H2 Health after my full knee replacement. I can say they kept me going physically and mentally. When I would get frustrated thinking I wasn’t doing well they worked with me to show new ways to exercise my knee to keep therapy interesting and moving forward.. I am now working at home on my PT and thanks to everyone at H2 Health I’m moving forward and am happy with my mobility and how they have instilled in me the importance of keeping it going ! Every one was helpful and friendly. The staff listened to me describe my problems with pain and movement and adjusted my program accordingly. I would be happy to work with them again.

It was absolutely wonderful I have been so pleased with my progress and I owe it mostly to Jonathan he was great he kept me motivated and was so kind I truly feel he helped me get through this part of my knee journey with his knowledge. I am very thankful to have had him as my physical therapist! I always have had good experiences at H2 health. Melissa, my physical therapist is wonderful. She has worked with me for several different problems and always does a great job. The front office staff is also very good and is always very welcoming.
