My therapist HERB was awesome! He treated my case with the best outlook and gave me exercises to do that were both challenging and attainable. I remarked at how surprised I was that I could continue improving the IT BAND ISSUE. I will be doing these stretching exercises the rest of my life thanks to Herb. Also the front office staff is exceptional also! Thank you.

It has definitely been a slow process but by the 3rd week I could feel a little change. I’ve been continuing the PT at home. Thanks to Matt for working with me. He was very professional and encouraging.
When I went in for therapy my condition was at 35% in April but after completing 3 months of therapy it has moved up to about 88% now I have to do my part to reach 100.
The therapists, Linda, Bre, Carson and Matt were great!
Everything was great, people, exercises were explained, pictures given so you could do these at home. Cleaning was nice.

All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The facility was well equipped and all of the PT's were very professional and knowledgeable. The care was thorough and the whole experience was awesome. A 12 out of 10!!! Thanks.
I have used H2 Health numerous times in the last 5 years. They are a great group of professionals to work with. They are attentive to your needs and very helpful with your issues. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.
