Therapists were great. The issue we had was with insurance. It was never filed in time and he would get to go 1-2 times and then be out for 3-4 weeks. Also the lack of communication was not great. We would not even get phone calls to let us know whether he had an appointment or if the appointment was canceled because of insurance issues. He was supposed to go Tuesday and Wednesdays and I would have to call on the day of, after not receiving a reminder text, to make sure he still had an appointment and most of the time I’d ca... read more
