I have been a member at Heartland/ H2Health since first attending therapy nine years ago. Kathy suggested I might benefit from the Silver Sneakers class and I have been participating three times a week ever since. Kristin is a great instructor - keeping us busy and making the class enjoyable. I I know my balance, muscle tone, coordination and overall physical well being are improved as a result of these sessions. The Silver Sneakers program is my primary reason for maintaining my membership.

William Hicks I have had several fusions in my neck and back and have been in pain for over 20 years. I have been to several therapists throughout the years without nearly as much results as I am getting at this therapy. I would love to recommend this place to anyone who has been in my shoes. It’s a hard road but I can now see that the body is amazing. Yes, there are times I would love to just stay in my easy chair but if you can push yourself to do just simple things and you will be amazed at the results.
