I was welcomed and informed of the treatment, I must admit "I cried ", during the first two treatments but was informed to stay the course, so I did. Everyone at H2 deserves a pat on the back for their knowledge and gentleness of physical therapy and the needs of myself and other patients. I highly recommend H2.

From the start to the end the staff did an outstanding job with making sure that I got the treatment that I needed. Micheal was my primary therapist and he made it challenging every time I went in. Laura was a great help as well. Sally was absolutely fantastic with her technical expertise. I have to admit the entire staff is rock solid. Thank you again for helping me.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to have PT following a knee replacement. Sally was wonderful both times-encouraging and gently pushing so I can get full range of motion. I believe iH2 Health is the best place for PT.

Sally evaluated me and estimated how many sessions I would need. Laura developed a plan to strengthen my upper and lower extremities, increase my endurance and improve my balance. During this time I experienced increased pain in my back. Laura suggested ultrasound. With this treatment the pain was minimized then gone except for over exertion. After resting the pain would go away. The endurance of the exertion was greatly increased and the time needed to recover decreased to less than five minutes.

This is the second time for me with Laura and she is great and very knowledgeable on my exercises needed to get my balance. Water therapy was very beneficial and enjoyed very much. The facility was clean and kept clean by wiping down equipment after each session. Enjoyed very much!
