Great at targeting the area of concern and not putting a 74 year old thru exercises that are strenuous for someone my age.

My experience with H2 Health went very well. Krista was fantastic to work with. She was very knowledgeable and professional with every visit. I am very pleased with my outcome. I will continue to exercise each morning to build up my strength in both legs and my back. I am so thankful for everything I have learned and gained with my time at H2 Health and with my PT Krista.
