BUYER BEWARE! This company is immoral and does not stand behind the products they sell. I purchased laminate from them and have been dealing with an claim for over 5 months. Hadinger is making every excuse they can to get out of taking responsibility. I purchased the floors from an ex-relative who worked there and was given a number of one of their installers to use. Worse experience I have ever had with a company which was suppose to have had a good reputation. I ordered and prepaid for tile for a bedroom i was tiling. Ron my salesperson called to let me know when the tile was on sale I informed Ron that I would pick up the tile on my trip next month. He said no problem it was stock. Worst possible experience. ....Do NOT use this company. Customer service is terrible.....ruined baseboards, mattress, "lost" custom shutters.....nightmare!!!! Would never recommend this company. .....so many others to use,please do not go thru the nightmare we have had to endure for the last 6 months!!!

I will Never but anything from this company again. Customer Service was horrible, when they did finally acknowledge me, it was like they were doing me a favor!!! The installer scratched me walk that was just painted. Worst experience ever, never again.

Very, very disappointed in the customer service. Because of Hadinger error in measuring our master bedroom and leaving us 18 tiles short...it took 10 days to install, rather than the promised 2 days. We had to take off extra days from work and our guests who flew to FL to visit had to stay in a hotel because we needed the guest room. No discount was given for the inconvenience. Poor customer service. The manager did not even respond to my concern.
