Worked with Patricia and Olga on 3-4 occasions. I found them highly knowledgeable of the products, benefits and features. They both went the extra mile on more than one occasion. The store has incredible selection of a wide variety of flooring options. They have become my only choice for flooring needs. I even ordered some flooring for my NY home as well because there is not flooring stores around here that offer such superb customer service.

Good service, Knowledgeable staff , Delivery was on time and the guys were very helpful with laying out the carpet for us we had to return one carpet because of size issues and they were very accommodating

Rachel, customer service representative, was an absolute pleasure to work with resolving some challenges without missing a beat. And, we love the rug!
