I am writing to make you aware of the excellent job your company did at our home at 3300 Atlantic Circle in Riverstone in Naples, Florida. From this projects inspection we have been incredibly impressed by your company. Back in October when my wife and I signed the contract to buy our new home I contacted your salesman, David Gordon, to inquire if your company could get wood flooring to match the existing flooring in the home we were buying. I provided Mr. Gordon with information on the existing flooring color, and manufacturer. Within an hour of that phone call Mr. Gordon called me back to say that he could get flooring to match. With that information in hand, I asked Mr. Gordon to schedule an estimator to visit the home after we went to closing on December 5th.
Following the estimators visit Mr. Gordon got back to me immediately via email with a price to install the wood floors in the remainder of our new home. The next day Mr. Gordon followed up by phone on the estimate he had sent and within a few days I stopped into your Naples location to look at samples Mr. Gordon had gotten of the flooring that would be installed. After confirming that the sample was a good match to the existing floors I signed a contract with Mr. Gordon for the work to be done.
Today your installation crew headed up by Ernesto arrived very punctually and worked essentially non stop to complete the job by the end of the day. Ernesto and his crew were very polite, and did an excellent job including doing a very thorough clean up after their work was completed.
With all of the above in mind, my wife and I have been very impressed with your company. Having been in sales my entire life I recognize that nothing happens until a sale is made, and Mr. Gordon's excellent sales work and follow up caused me to select your company in the first place.
During my life I have dealt with many sales people and I would rate Mr. Gordon as one of the best I have ever dealt with. You are fortunate to have such a diligent person on your sales force.
If there is ever an opportunity to promote Mr. Gordon to a higher position in your sales organization I think you should do everything possible to further his success with your company.
In closing, thank you again for the excellent work that your company did at our new home.
