Gabriela was so wonderful in helping me pick out a rug for my bedroom. We must have looked at 100 rugs until we narrowed it down to three. Once the three were on the floor, I was able to easily pick the right one. Gabriela was so patient and lovely. I'm so happy with my new area rug. Great selections and service. Don't shop anywhere else.

From Dave Meister who assisted us with our purchase to the two workers who installed the flooring, I give both a ten (on a scale of 1 to 10). Dave was very helpful and the installers worked quickly and did a great job removing old carpeting and installing our new floor and cleaning up. I highly recommend Floor Meister

The sales and service staff were both excellent. The salesperson I used always responded to me promptly. The carpet installers did a very good job - we are very pleased with the workmanship.

Knowledgeable staff to help with selection; fair prices. Rug delivered in less than a week. A heads up phone call 30 min before arrival to install the area rug. Very competent/experienced, efficient and friendly installers of our rug: Thank you so much, Alan (sp?!) Precise positioning of the rug, and utmost care taken with moving furniture that was involved in the area. A very positive experience all the way around!
