home owner THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS. Save yourself the time and agravation. They sell products that their installers (subs) dont know how to install. Ruth refused to leave my house when I told her I was done. I asked her at least 10 times! almost called the police. These people are not to be held at there word. Stay away from this store unless you want to be in tears.

The installer didn't clean up the threads that were left on the newly carpeted stairway; he made it clear he was 'rushed' as he had 'other places to go'.
