The whole process was a 10/10 from first reaching out , getting the information that i needed and getting all the questioned answered that i had especially with me coming from out of state. The service that you recieve is very professional and is catered to you one on one. I would recommend Dr. Gray and his team to anyone.
I wish I had gone to Dr. Gray’s office first! Before finding him, I had a few transplants done elsewhere—but his work is head and shoulders above the rest. I’ve now had three procedures with him (both FUE and FUT), and the results speak for themselves.It’s not just Dr. Gray—Sarah is also wonderful to work with. She’s extremely professional and always responds quickly to any questions or concerns.I would highly recommend starting here first and not making the mistake I did by going somewhere else.
What a wonderful experience for a procedure I'd thought would be quite intimidating! Dr. Gray and staff are true professionals. Communications with the front office run by his daughter are beyond exceptional and that extends all the way through the process. I consider myself lucky to have happened upon Dr. Gray and would highly recommend him to anyone.
From the very first phone conversation with Sarah I was put at ease with how friendly and nice she is and once meeting with Dr. Gray I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable and up to date he is with his various treatment options offered once agreeing with the best treatment plan, I was given an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Sarah provided photos to track growth. Love this practice and appreciate the discretion provided!!
Dr. Gray and his staff (especially Sarah)were amazing. He took the time to explain all options with much knowledge and experience. He and his staff were very professional while providing care and attention to every detail. He called the day after the procedure to make sure I was comfortable without any complications.
We were looking for a doctor that would address all of our concerns, educate us as to what our treatment options are, and inform us of what can be expected- Dr. Gray did all of this and more. He gave us the knowledge to choose the care we needed and made sure we did not have unrealistic expectations. He even gave us worse case scenario and how we can offset the trauma of those outcomes with other resources and options should they be needed. Dr. Grey and his staff were awesome ! I knew right away when I walked in their office and was met by all the smiling friendly faces that this was going to be a walk in the park for something that has been a nightmare in the past.
