The staff was nice, they had real hair solutions. " BUT" THEY ARE EXPENSIVE" I had a baldspot on the back of my head. To get a glued on wig to cover that bad spot they wanted to charge me $ 6,900.00 a year ( this imcluded 2 haircuts a month) $6,900 is more than I pay for my Honda Civic Sport. They also require all payments up front. I am 52yrs old. If i paid this fee until i am 70 yrs old, It would cost me $ 124,200.00 OR MORE. I was impressed but then depressed after I seen the price. I've been going to Hair Club for two years now and have always been happy with my results. Andrea has been awesome to work with and has become more than just someone who takes care of my hair. She's absolutely amazing and I look forward to each visit with her. She has become a good friend. I've always developed very good friendships with two other staff members. Highly recommend this facility. Everyone is so professional and nice. They are practicing social distancing each and every time I'm there. I recommend Ashley B. as she does a very good job of consulting if you are looking for a new style! And she takes the extra time to make sure you are looking fresh!

I was hesitant about this whole choice but once I was in the office, the specialist Amy Combs made me totally at ease and fully listened to my situation and then provided an equally detailed breakdown of options I could consider, with polite follow-up the next day asking if I had other questions. I am still in process of considering what I may or may not do, but there's no denying the overall professionalism on the table here. The welcoming staff was also perfectly pleasant and, well, welcoming! Great atmosphere.

I have visited The Club a couple times now and each time has been top notch! Their processes for Covid, cleanliness of reception and client rooms, and of course the staff is out of this world! However, my hair professional, Ashley, is the reason I'm writing this review!
